What We Do
- We embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion through programs and dialogue.
- We host seminars, panel discussions, friendship circles, book discussions, and multicultural festivals; and we partner with/support other like-minded civic and cultural non-profits.
- We are working to build a future filled with open-minded citizens of the world by educating adults, who will then pass their learning and understanding on to their children.

We Are Helping To Build Bridges Of Understanding
Diversity is not defined just by race or gender. It encompasses the whole human experience — age, culture, education, skills, life stories.
One of the biggest things that we are trying to do is to help build bridges of understanding between different communities. CCDC believes that relationships are the foundation of a good and healthy community.
That’s why we collaborate, and promote other groups and organizations within our community. Being curious, empathetic, and understanding helps us to BUILD BRIDGES with others.
Our goal is to connect all people. We want you to explore how to connect with people who are different than you, whether that be in their beliefs, identity, or circumstances. We want you to make building bridges to others a priority instead of building walls around yourself and your community.
